A Tense Battle on the Field: EABH vs. OLM

The second boy's soccer game of the day started at 5:45 PM with the EABH Hawks continuing their new tradition that started in this ISSL: forming a circle to pray on the field. The atmosphere was intense, with both the hawks and Lancer's fans in high spirits, almost like in a competition of their own, with songs and cheers.

Tiziano Vorcaro (13) was a standout, showing great effort and skills. Luis Gomes (9), Lockz, and Mathieu (11) also impressed with good attacks keeping the pressure on OLM. Despite the intensity of the match, by the end of the first half of the game there were still no goals scored.

Throughout the game, the EABH girls' soccer and basketball teams were showing support, energizing the crowd and keeping the Hawks' spirits high. Meanwhile, both teams on the field were fighting for the win, with Tiago Loures (5) and captain Pedro Almeida (10) making excellent passes to maintain the rhythm of the team.

The battle between the crowds was as intense as the one happening on the field, with OLM and EABH fans competing with songs and choreographies. However, in the middle of the second half, the tone of the game completely changed. In a tense moment for the Hawks, Bernardo Temporão (6), in an attempt to block an attack, accidentally kicked the ball into the EABH net, giving OLM a 1-0 lead, establishing a worrying atmosphere for the Hawks.

Adding to the drama, a player from OLM received a yellow card, but the team didn't lower their heads. There was a discussion in the crowd about whether the captain Pedro Almeida was unfairly penalized or not, as many people in the crowd believed that he was the one that got fouled.

The game ended with a score of 1-0 in favor of the Lancers, who celebrated their victory with all their fans in the crowd. Even though the result wasn't what the Hawks had hoped for, they won't lower their heads. Their teamwork, resilience, and determination made a memorable game, and the Hawks are far from giving up. Go Hawks!
